1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Selliq. By accessing, registering, or using our artificial intelligence agent creation and management platform, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy.
If you are using Selliq on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you disagree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use our services.
Important: These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and SELLIQ TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMACAO LTDA. We recommend careful reading of the entire document.
2. Service Description
Selliq is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that allows users to create, configure, train, and manage artificial intelligence agents for customer service, support, and sales automation ("Services").
Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Visual interface for conversational flow creation
- Integration with language models (LLMs)
- Connection with communication channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.)
- Analytics and conversation management dashboards
- Agent training and fine-tuning tools
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including the availability of any features, databases, or content.
3. Account and Eligibility
3.1. Registration
To use Selliq, you must create an account providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for activity that occurs in your account and must maintain the security of your access credentials.
3.2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3.3. Account Security
You must immediately notify Selliq of any security violation or unauthorized use of your account. Selliq will not be responsible for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws of your jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, copyright and data protection laws)
- Create agents that promote hate speech, violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
- Attempt reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
- Collect data from third parties without proper consent and legal basis
Violation of any of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account, without right to refund.
5. Plans and Payments
5.1. Subscriptions
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Prices and features of each plan are described on our pricing page and may be changed with prior notice.
5.2. Payments
We use Stripe as payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize recurring charging of subscription fees.
5.3. Cancellation and Refund
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the control panel. Cancellation will stop automatic renewal, but you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial use periods, except as required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Selliq's Property
The Selliq platform, including its software, design, logos, trademarks, and proprietary content, is the exclusive property of SELLIQ TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMACAO LTDA and is protected by intellectual property laws of Brazil and internationally.
6.2. User Content
You retain ownership of all content, data, and conversation flows you create or upload to the platform. By using the Service, you grant Selliq a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and execute such content only to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will Selliq, its directors, employees, partners, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use or inability to access or use the Service
- Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Our total liability for any claims related to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you to Selliq in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to liability.
8. Availability and Support
We strive to keep the Service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that may result in temporary interruptions.
Technical support is provided according to the service level of your contracted plan, through Selliq's official communication channels.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our platform before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
10. General Provisions
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo/SP, Brazil.
Selliq's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
